Transport damage

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that the goods are damaged on the way to you. In order to be able to compensate you for the damage caused during transport, you should report the damage as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product. In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and are not for resale PROtechnology d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the return of such goods. In the event that the goods are handled by the consumer, PROtechnology d.o.o. has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount returned to the consumer.
