Purposes and legal basis of data processing
You can be sure: We use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your requirements, concluding and executing contracts, and exclusively for our own marketing and realization of other legitimate interests to improve our business, as well as to comply with our legal obligations. We use the data only for established, clear, legitimate and expected purposes and do not forward or use it for unforeseen and unexpected purposes.
The processing is performed in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection and Croatian laws and regulations.
Basic contexts in which processing is performed
Central customer base
We store your personal data in our central database when you make an inquiry, request an offer or enter into a contract (purchase, services, online order, user profile). Depending on the type of request or contract, the following information is involved:

Address (housing and / or delivery)
E-mail address
Phone / mobile number
Goods / services
We process this data for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract with you and fulfilling your requirements. The data is also processed based on our legitimate business improvement interests, all as explained below. The data is available only to those employees in our company who are necessary to perform the work, in order to provide you with the contracted services and support.
To conclude the contract, we need at least your name, surname and address, so that we can identify you. To issue an offer and issue R1 invoices to craftsmen and self-employed persons, we also need an VAT number. We collect contact information (eg e-mail address) to fulfill your requests (eg sending an offer on your request, confirming a webshop order, issuing an e-invoice) and executing a contract (eg delivery address, contact phone number). Depending on the method of payment, we also process bank data.
All the above data are collected as necessary and without them it is not possible to conclude and fulfill the contract and execute your requests. The management of the customer database is based on the realization of the legitimate interests of PROtechnology to improve business efficiency and service quality, and in this facilitates our compliance with regulations on personal data protection regarding the accuracy and portability of personal data.
Delivery of products ordered in the webshop
Personal data of the contact person for delivery, ie name and surname, delivery address and telephone or mobile phone number, which we received from you with the order confirmation, we forward to our logistics partner to prepare products from your order and deliver them to the address according to your request. Business partners are authorized to use this information and contact you exclusively for the purpose of delivery of individual shipments, in accordance with our instructions.

We use cookies on our website to enable certain technical features (eg shopping cart, navigation) and thus provide you with a positive user experience. We also use cookies that allow us web analytics, ie analysis of the use of our site, which we perform to improve the quality and content of the services offered. Registration and opening an account on the MotoClix webshop
To register and open an account, the following information is required: name and surname, e-mail address and password. The profile owner can, if he wishes, enter frequently used delivery addresses. This information (except the password) and the history of orders on your account are available to the employees of theMotoClix webshop. We use the data solely for the purpose of processing orders you make with your account.
